"As a retired teacher, substituting is the best job ever! I get to work with kids and have no homework-emails, meetings, grade cards, etc. I have chosen to work only in the building where I had previously worked, so I am familiar with routines, know where to find things I need and know who to get ahold of if I have an issue-PLUS I get to see my best work friends! It's the best of both worlds. I don't have to work nights or weekends and can take a day off if I want or need to. I love it!"
